when feeling anxious
Some healthy things you can do when feeling too anxious
- Write your thoughts, just start writing.
- Talk to someone about it.
- Go lie in your bed, close the lights, just feel the anxiety without trying to analyze it. If it has something to tell you, it will.
- Go for a walk.
- Just accept the negative feeling. You don't have to feel good all the time. Pursuing positive feelings all the time is a negative experience. Accepting a negative experience is a positive experience.
- Meditate.
