Meditation makes me happy
I saw a friend yesterday who I hadn't seen in a while. We ate some fantastic pan pizza, then went to a local bar where we played Jenga and took a few drinks.
This caused me to not feel very energetic this morning 😅 Not hangover or anything, just tired and not in the best mood. So I did my usual morning routine, which includes 10 minutes of meditation. This was probably the first time I noticed some actual tangible positive effects from meditation; I felt happy and the tiredness from lack of sleep didn't bother me anymore.
